The criteria for selection of the award recipient includes outstanding service to one or more of the entities listed below:

  • National Auxiliary
  • Seventh-day Adventist Church (locally or globally)
  • Profession and/or Spouse's profession
  • Family / Community
Additionally, the nominee must be a person that models Christian ideals.
