• ABOUT DR. PAO

Dr. Pao grew up in Paris, France. She received a degree in Biology and Chemistry at the French University of Pierre et Marie Curie before going to college in Southern California. Dr. Pao graduated cum laude from California State University of Long Beach with a B.S. in Chemistry and Biochemistry and she received her Medical Degree from Georgetown University, School of Medicine. After finishing her residency in Family Medicine at University of California at Irvine, where she received an award for excellence in clinical knowledge, she joined Dr. N. Arr Alinsod’s practice.

Throughout her training, Dr. Pao did numerous internships abroad, including France, China, and Costa Rica. Her international experience allowed her to expand her knowledge on cultural diversity, which she believes is key to establishing long-term relationships with her patients and their families. She speaks fluent Spanish, French, Mandarin Chinese and Wenzhounese.

Dr. Pao has special interests in women’s health and alternative medicine. She puts a special emphasis on educating her patients, empowering them with the ability to make informed decisions about their health care. Dr. Pao is a member of the American Academy of Family Physician and the California Medical Association.

When she is not in the office, Dr. Pao enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
