• Hours of Operation
Our office is open Mondays through Fridays from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Emergency cases will be fit in when necessary - please ask to speak with a nurse when calling. Although we welcome same day appointments, we also recognize the value of your time and will do our best to preserve scheduled appointments.
Urgent calls are handled through our office during regular office hours, and through our telephone exchange service after hours. Our physician is on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Our Staff -- ==>Meet our staff
Within our office, a team of dedicated and skilled personnel work closely with the physician. Their job is to assist the patient in a variety of ways, from answering the insurance or financial questions, to connecting you with the doctor in the event of an emergency. Our practice centers around communication with the doctor, both for patients within the office and for those calling in by telephone. Our staff will always attempt to connect your phone call with the doctor, but due to a variety of physician obligations in both hospital and office, emergencies will always take priority. Routine calls and prescription refills will be customarily returned by the end of the day.
